Animal Trust – Conversions and Fit-outs

Client: Animal Trust

Project Completion: January 2017

Project Value: £300k

The Animal Trust is a regular customer for Jamieson Contracting and we have worked with them to refurbish and develop four sites throughout the north west. All existing buildings which have been a change of use. The project at Ellesmere Port involved converting an old Car Parts warehouse into a new Animal Hospital with Office Facilities.

The project was procured under JCT Minor Works and the main challenge we faced as principle contractor was achieving the tight deadline set by the client for the opening of the facility.

Works progressed well on site and as the design for the project was underdeveloped in many areas, Jamieson’s worked in conjunction with the Architect to offer up solutions that didn’t affect programme and fell within budget.

We are pleased to say that the project was delivered on time and within the clients budget.
