Apprenticeships

Jamieson Contracting offers a wide variety of trade apprenticeships to train future Joiners, Painters & Decorators, Tilers, Electricians, Construction Ground Workers and more.

We also offer apprenticeships in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, IT, Administration, Site Management, Project Management and Engineering.

We continuously have apprentices working for us and attending college on a day release basis, with some of our apprentices being recognised with prestigious awards for their hard work and development.

We also recruit school leavers and take them through their apprenticeship years providing full, on-site training and support throughout their learning period as well as afterwards, once qualified.

We believe in having a close working relationship with college tutors and ensure we are always kept informed of any successes and/or issues that may arise during the apprentices’ college time.

Jamieson’s have always retained a high percentage of our apprentices once they have become fully trained, and we feel this is a testimony our positive and supportive culture of development.
