Jamieson’s hosts visit to local MP Jonathan Reynolds MP and Lloyds Banking Group

Jamieson Contracting would like to extend their gratitude to local MP Jonathan Reynolds MP and Lloyds Banking Group for recently visiting our head offices in Hyde.
It’s excellent to engage with our local MP’s to discuss training, apprenticeships, and general skills shortages the construction industry currently faces.
Jonathan also came to see our Lloyds Banks Apprentice of the Year, Ned Hindle. Ned was able to discuss his apprenticeship route and its benefits and areas that can be improved, hopefully allowing Jonathon to promote this pathway to other students.
We also discussed with Jonathon how the pandemic has altered the construction world and how we have adapted our working practices to suit.
We hope that allowing Jonathon and his team to view this firsthand helps them bring everything to life and positively influence their work.
