This project involved the design and build renovation of numerous warehouses on a live and operational industrial site.

Husco are an international company specialising in hydraulic and electro-mechanical controls systems. Jamieson’s were appointed to carry out different improvement works around their warehouses workshops in Runcorn.

The room comprised of numerous jobs including alterations to the layout of the factory through the demolitions or construction of walls, concreting new floors,  joinery works and M&E works.

Due the precision equipment Husco provide, Jamieson’s had to manage the release of dust through out the works. To do this we used zip walling the dust extraction throughout the works. The Zip Wall constructed and sealed at the top and bottom with tape and the joins were over lapped and sealed to prevent the accidental release of dust.

Our Scope of Works included:

• Breaking out slabs
• Forming and pouring new slabs
• Demolishing walls
• Blocking up walls
• Installation of new joinery including fire doors
• Toilet upgrades
• New roller shutters
• Security gates
