Skills and Training
Construction is an ever-changing industry and we equip all our people with the on-going expertise they need.
Our staff are our best asset, and we employ a team of expert professionals who work closely together, drawing on the experience and technical knowledge of their peers in a team environment to produce outstanding results.
Together we hold a vast array of qualifications and professional memberships including Royal Institution of Chartered Engineers (RICS), Chartered Institution of Building (CIOB) and Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), and all of our on-site workers hold CSCS cards and all have qualifications in the relevant field.
We continuously develop and improve our internal skillset through training, CPD courses, professional memberships and attendance at construction industry events. We constantly keep updated about changes to building regulations, health and safety and environmental legislation, which is rolled out to all relevant members of staff.
As an employer, we care about our employees’ progression and see their continuous professional development as a key element in building a stronger and highly skilled workforce that is equipped to deal with the varying situations that they may encounter on a project. Many of our people are currently completing courses at College or University and we employ a large number of apprentices.
